Offline Retail Distribution Manager

What you’ll own:

• Build and scale Ridhivam’s boutique & retail distribution network
• Onboard boutique owners and retail partners city-by-city
• Set up distributor relationships and exclusivity models
• Work closely with the founder to shape offline strategy from Day 1

Who this role is for:

• Someone with experience/fresher in offline retail / FMCG / fashion / jewellery distribution
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field work + relationship-driven sales
• Excited to build something from zero, not maintain something already built
