Position Type:Full-time Job Responsibilities:Customer Service Excellence:Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.Team Support:Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant or bakery operations, helping in coordination and communication during busy hours.Order Management:Assist in managing and processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order taking and delivery.Stock and Inventory Management:Assist in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring stock is well-organized and replenished as needed.Cleanliness and Hygiene:Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store are maintained, including the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.Cash Handling:Accurately handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.Training and Mentoring:Guide and train new crew members, promoting teamwork and a positive working environment.Problem Solving:Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating them to senior staff if needed.Job Requirements:*Education:Any undergraduate degree (UG) is preferred.Experience:Fresher candidates are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.Skills:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Team player with a positive attitude* Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems (training will be provided)* Personal Traits:
