Retail Banking Sales Agent

The Retail Banking Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services to individual clients. This role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell retail banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, credit cards, and insurance. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the bank. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, telemarketing, and field visits. Maintain strong knowledge of all retail banking products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Assist customers in completing applications and documentation. Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collect and verify customer KYC documentation as per guidelines. Update customer information accurately in the bank’s systems. Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns organized by the branch. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in banking or financial sales (1–3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of banking products and digital banking platforms is a plus. Fluency in [Local Language] and English. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Monthly sales target achievement.
