BANKIT DistributorOverviewThe BANKIT Distributor plays a crucial role in expanding the BANKIT network by acquiring, developing, and managing distribution channels for BANKIT’s suite of digital financial services and products. This position is suited for experienced sales and distribution professionals with a background in banking, fintech, or FMCG sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a robust distribution network for BANKIT services in assigned territories. Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners, agents, and franchisees. Achieve sales and distribution targets, ensuring territory growth and network expansion. Train, motivate, and provide ongoing support to agents and partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Handle escalations, resolve distributor/partner concerns, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competition, and product enhancements. Monitor sales, collection, and operational activities of the distribution channel. Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance and market developments. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in sales, channel management, or distribution—preferably in banking, fintech, FMCG, or relevant sectors. Proven experience in establishing and managing distribution/partner networks. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Knowledge of digital payments, fintech products, and/or banking services. Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
