We’re seeking an experienced Retail Associate to build and maintain relationships with retailers, ensuring product visibility, sales growth, and smooth operations within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers, ensuring product availability, proper display, and visibility through frequent, in-person visits at retail stores.
• Develop rapport with store managers and staff to secure prime retail locations and favorable selling conditions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and retail partners.
• Resolve issues promptly and negotiate sales terms and promotions.
• Ensure correct product placement and timely updates to promotional materials.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
