Retail Associate (Deaf / Hard-of-Hearing Inclusive)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Retail Associate to join our team. This position is inclusive of Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. We provide communication access and support accommodations to ensure an accessible and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow safety and store procedures.

Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ASL or other visual communication skills are a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
