Job Description:

Guest Service Associates are responsible for helping guests and customers in hotels or hospitality locations. Your role is to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at the reception or service counter
• Help guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information about hotel services, rooms, and facilities
• Guide guests politely using basic sign communication or written instructions
• Coordinate with other hotel staff if needed
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements:

• Only for Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing candidates
• Basic understanding of sign language or written communication
• Friendly, polite, and neat appearance
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts
• No prior experience required (training provided)

Salary:

₹13,000 to ₹18,000 (starting)
