JD - The position will provide expert leadership & mentorship to the Restaurant team, delivering consistent guest centric service. Will be responsible for developing a strong team that is knowledgeable, guest focused and motivated to deliver exclusive food & beverage experiences that exceed guest expectations always. Ensure that the service standards are always followed. Review menu offerings along with the production /outlet Chef and carry out effective menu engineering. Monitor the outlet’s business results, achieving the budgeted revenues, profit and food & beverage costs whilst maintaining quality. Further, operations ensuring upkeep of equipment, business goals, cost control, ultimate guest satisfaction, proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Qualification & Desired Candidate profile:

• Experience working as Manager role (minimum 2-5 years) with brand hotels / chain of brand Restaurants.
• For all position kindly note - Excellent proficient communication & interpersonal skills is Must. Exemplary F&B product knowledge.
• Candidate must have strongest (local) PR, Guest relation, know the Kolkata market & culture, and skills to convert leads into sales, good people network at Kolkata area, have been working currently n Kolkata or at least considerable years in past.
• ONLY apply with IHM/HM or Diploma in hospitality. High degree of emotional quotient.
