About the Role:

Shovona Hospitality and Restaurants LLP is seeking an experienced Restaurant Steward to provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth day-to-day dining operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, attentive to details, and able to create a warm and welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Escort guests to their tables and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct portioning and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, cutlery, crockery, and the dining area.
• Assist in setting up the restaurant before service (table arrangements, napkins, cutlery, etc.).
• Clear tables after service and reset them for the next guests.
• Work closely with kitchen and staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow company grooming standards and ensure personal hygiene at all times.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Physically fit, energetic, and able to stand for long working hours.
• Male candidates preferred only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
