Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Server located in city center mall, Patna, Bihar. The Restaurant Server will be responsible for providing excellent food service by taking and delivering orders, preparing dining areas, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Tasks include food preparation, serving food and beverages, and delivering impeccable customer service. The Restaurant Server will also need to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English
• Food Service and Food & Beverage skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic Food Preparation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
