Restaurant Receptionist ( dine /in)

A Restaurant Receptionist's job is to be the first point of contact, warmly greeting guests, managing reservations via software, answering calls, coordinating seating with staff, and maintaining a tidy front desk, all while providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience. Key duties involve booking, seating, handling inquiries, upselling specials, and solving minor guest issues, requiring strong communication, organization, and hospitality skills (timing 11 am to 10 pm ). Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome guests, manage walk-ins, provide accurate wait times, and escort them to tables.
• Reservation Management: Handle bookings, confirmations, and adjustments using reservation systems; manage waitlists.
• Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; handle inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Coordination: Liaise with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service and communicate guest needs/allergies.
• Front Desk Operations: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked; handle mail/deliveries.
• Customer Service: Address guest requests, resolve complaints diplomatically, and enhance experience.
• Administrative Support: Perform tasks like data entry, filing, and supporting other departments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Anayara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
