Restaurant Purchase Manager

Zamindar Kitchen is a fast-growing multi-cuisine restaurant known for quality, taste, and consistent customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated Purchase Manager to manage our daily procurement and support smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complete Pet Pooja purchases – vegetables, groceries, meat, seafood, dairy, and kitchen essentials.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best prices and quality.

Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with kitchen staff for daily/weekly requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of all items to avoid shortages.

Conduct quality checks on all incoming materials.

Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor details.

Monitor market trends, price variations, and ensure cost control.

Support management in reducing wastage and improving procurement efficiency.

Requirements
Experience as a Purchase Manager/Procurement Executive in a restaurant or food industry (preferred).

Strong knowledge of Pet Pooja procurement and market rates.

Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage daily purchase cycles.

Basic computer knowledge and good record-keeping skills

Pay: ₹15,349.78 - ₹30,330.28 per month
