The group operates several brands including Millets Meharaj, Café Meharaj, Go Grill, Armaani Biryani, Maplai Parotta, Subaraagam, and Idli Bazaar. Each brand offers curated menus tailored to specific customer personas, prioritizing health, hygiene, authentic taste, and satisfaction. The offerings range from exclusive millet menus, beverages, non-vegetarian foods, authentic biryanis, Tamilnadu style parottas, pure vegetarian options, and innovative idlis. Based in Chennai, Meharaj Foods is expanding to other cities in South India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai, for Restaurant Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers, and Shift Managers. The responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising staff, maintaining high-quality food and beverage services, and implementing health and safety protocols. The manager will also be involved in hiring and training new staff, resolving customer complaints, and working on strategies to improve overall customer service and business efficiency.
