Location: Goa Your Role: As a food and beverage service manager you will be responsible for managing F & B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Candidate should be able to forecast, plan and manage all F & B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and address any staffing issues. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper staffing levels, and managing reservations. Maintain a high standard of customer service by interacting with guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or complaints. Develop and update menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and guest preferences. Monitor the quality and presentation of food and drinks. Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue through pricing strategies and upselling techniques. Manage restaurant inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize wastage. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and fire safety. Conduct regular inspections of the dining area. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers and increase restaurant revenue. Implement and maintain quality standards for service, cleanliness, and food preparation. Provide training to staff on service standards, procedures, and customer service techniques. Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant performance to hotel management. Foster positive relationships with regular guests and handle special requests or reservations for VIPs. Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, and private dining functions within the restaurant. Implement cost-control measures to optimize profit margins, such as monitoring portion sizes and reducing waste. Skills & Requirements: Hotel Management and/or skill relevant education preferred Pleasing personality and good communication skills Computer dexterity: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) Prior relevant hospitality experience in position of application. Must be open to joining at any of the AM Hotel Kollection locations (AM Hotel Kollection is now at 11 locations & growing)
