Restaurant / Hotel acquisition Manager

Role Overview: As a Restaurant / Hotel Acquisition Manager at ATIN OOH Promotions & Advertising Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new restaurant partners in the Hyderabad region. Your role will involve building relationships, pitching partnership models, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes to drive partnership growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new restaurants through direct sales and relationship-building strategies. - Pitch partnership models, commission structures, and platform benefits to restaurant owners/managers. - Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to onboard new restaurant partners. - Ensure seamless onboarding processes including documentation, menu uploads, and training for restaurant partners. - Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement and retention. - Regularly track and report sales performance and pipeline updates to monitor progress effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant acquisition or business development with food aggregators like Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with restaurant owners. - Sound knowledge of the local F&B ecosystem in Hyderabad to make informed decisions. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities. - Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders.,
