Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience & communication skills)
Experience Preferred: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly smile and graceful demeanor
• Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional appearance at all times
• Escort guests to their tables and manage the waiting list efficiently
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries in person and over the phone
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Maintain the front desk/reception area to be neat, organized, and welcoming
• Deliver an exceptional first and last impression of the restaurant
• Handle any guest concerns politely and escalate when needed

• Female candidates only
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• A pleasant personality, confident body language, and customer-centric approach
• Well-groomed with a strong sense of hospitality and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations gracefully
