Experience: 8 - 10 years

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000/- (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

• Follow traditional recipes and techniques to produce high-quality, flavorful food.
• Create innovative dishes and specials that align with customer tastes and market trends.
• Monitor and ensure consistency in the taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Focus on specific regional styles like North Indian or South Indian
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants in Indian cooking techniques and culinary standards.
• Manage a specific section or the entire kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely service.
• Work with other kitchen sections, head chefs, and management to ensure smooth service and effective operations.
• Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
