Job Description

Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Provide menu recommendations, upsell items, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Manage special requests, dietary needs, and VIP guests with attentiveness.
Supervise servers, runners, and other frontline service staff during shifts.
