Job Description

  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide menu recommendations, upsell items, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Manage special requests, dietary needs, and VIP guests with attentiveness.
  • Supervise servers, runners, and other frontline service staff during shifts.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to communicate specials, service standards, and team assignments.
  • Train new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Support staff during peak hours to maintain operational flow.
