We're Hiring: Restaurant Captain 📍 Circa 11 | 12th Main, Indiranagar, Bangalore 💼 Full-time | 6 Days a Week ⏳ Immediate Joining Preferred Circa 11 is an independent, chef-owned dining room built on rhythm, precision, and soul. By day, we’re a thoughtful coffee house. By night, a shapeshifting restaurant and cocktail bar. Every dish is technique-driven. Every detail, intentional. We’re looking for a Restaurant Captain — someone who doesn’t just run a section, but sets the tone. What You’ll Do • Lead floor service with warmth, clarity, and quiet confidence • Guide guests through an ingredient-forward, evolving menu • Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless timing and flow • Manage a small team of servers and runners during service • Own the room’s rhythm — anticipate needs, read the mood, and elevate the experience • Handle feedback, reservations, and last-minute curveballs with grace Who You Are • 2–4 years of experience in premium or fine-dining restaurants • Strong communicator — fluent in English, patient with detail • A natural host, with strong floor presence and an eye for timing • Passionate about food and technique; willing to learn the ‘why’ behind each plate • Calm under pressure, great with people, and just obsessive enough to care about how the spoon is placed Bonus if you • Love a good mise en place • Have stories about your favourite restaurants • Know what a fermentation tastes like — or want to learn
