Position Overview:We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Restaurant Captain for our Churchgate outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest experiences, supervising service staff, and ensuring smooth floor operations. Key Responsibilities:Welcome and seat guests warmly while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service. Supervise service staff during shifts to maintain high service standards. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order execution. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness, table setups, and overall ambiance of the restaurant. Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Assist in training and onboarding new service team members. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (restaurant/café/hotel experience preferred). Good communication skills in English and a customer-first attitude. Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented. Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
