Job Description

We are hiring a Restaurant Captain who can take care of the restaurant floor, manage the service team, and make sure guests are happy and satisfied. The ideal person should have good communication, experience in handling staff, and must know how restaurant service works. Main Responsibilities: Manage waiters and service team during the shift Assign tables and make sure service is running smoothly Attend guests politely and handle any complaints Coordinate with kitchen team for order follow-up Maintain cleanliness and table setup as per standard Train new service staff and take team briefings Make sure hygiene and safety rules are followed properly ✅ Requirements: Must be experienced in a similar role Should know how restaurant service works (à la carte, buffet, etc.) Good leadership and people-handling skills Should be well-groomed and professional in behavior Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and busy hours.
