We are hiring an experienced Banquet & Catering Supervisor to manage events, functions, and outdoor catering services. The candidate must know how to handle teams, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure smooth service at banquets or outdoor locations. Main Responsibilities: Supervise banquet setup and ensure everything is ready before guest arrival Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth event flow Handle client requests and ensure timely service Assign duties to waiters and catering staff Ensure proper table setup, buffet arrangements, and cleanliness Handle any last-minute changes during the event Make sure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed ✅ Requirements: experienced in banquet/catering service Good team management and communication skills Able to handle pressure during large functions Must be presentable and professional in behavior Should be flexible with timings and able to work late hours/events
