Job Role (20 Words) Ensure ethical, responsible AI system development by auditing compliance, designing mitigation strategies, and guiding cross-functional teams. Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Responsible AI Engineer to lead ethical AI development initiatives. This role focuses on auditing AI systems, advising teams, and embedding Responsible AI frameworks into enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical standards. Required Skills Deep expertise in Responsible AI and ethical governance Strong advisory and decision-making capabilities Proficiency in Responsible AI frameworks and implementation Experience in statistical analysis and ML algorithms Knowledge of linear/logistic regression, decision trees, clustering Skilled in data preprocessing (cleaning, transformation, normalization) Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI Ability to audit AI systems and enforce compliance protocols
