Job Description

Role Overview: As a Resource Planner at IntouchCX, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's resource planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels for meeting performance goals. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day activities in Workforce Management, monitoring Key Performance Indicators, and maintaining accurate employee information. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all day-to-day activities in Workforce Management - Handle schedules, exceptions, data tracking, and Service Levels - Monitor Key Performance Indicators to adjust staffing as needed - Maintain accuracy of employee information and plan new hire schedules - Report by program as required Qualifications Required: - University or College Degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or Business (combination of education and work experience accepted) - Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook - Ability to learn software programs like Aspect, Teleopti, and Genesys - High level of accuracy in data entry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Adaptability to fast-paced work environment and willingness to learn - Excellent multitasking and self-management abilities Role Overview: As a Resource Planner at IntouchCX, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's resource planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels for meeting performance goals.
