Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resource Person (Elementary Education) at Pratham. The role is located in Kathua. The Resource Person will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, providing training, managing resources, conducting research, and supporting the education team. Day-to-day tasks include delivering training sessions, assessing educational needs, and ensuring effective resource allocation and management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Resource Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service skills
  • Training and educational program development skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience in the education sector or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field
