Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Resource Associate (Entry-Level Night Shift Male Candidates) to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their career and gain practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords based on the company's current needs.
• Actively source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms and perform initial screening to shortlist suitable profiles.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of candidate records.
• Evaluate candidates' credibility and complete all necessary documentation.
• Ensure consistent and timely communication with applicants, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps throughout the selection process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates during the selection process.
• Introduce candidates to IT-focused Knowledge Transfer Programs and provide them with insights into internal hiring practices, helping them navigate the selection journey effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers only.
• Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred for this position.

Skills:

• Good command over English both oral & written.
• Good communication skills are a must.
• A go getter attitude with energy to excel will be a preference.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.

Compensation & Perks:

• Traveling allowance provided.
• Please note: Pick-up/drop facility is not available.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
