Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Thodupuzha for a Resort Reservation Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring seamless booking processes, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves promoting sales through effective customer interaction and upholding high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Sales skills to promote services and enhance booking rates
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage
