resort operations and event manager

Location: Thane West (Yeoor Hills)

Workdays: Tue–Sun (Mon off; flexible as per events)

Shifts: Flexible / Event-based

Experience: Minimum 2 years in operations & event sales

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day resort operations: staff, maintenance, security, housekeeping

Handle all banquet/event inquiries, client walk-ins & presentations

Plan & execute events (corporate, weddings, picnics) from start to finish

Coordinate with vendors (caterers, decorators, AV, etc.)

Lead sales efforts: follow up on leads, give proposals, close bookings

Visit corporates/schools for event marketing & tie-ups

Manage social media posts & promotions

Ensure guest satisfaction & SOP compliance

Requirements

Strong communication & leadership skills

Experience in operations, events & sales

Proficient in MS Office, social media savvy

Self-driven, organized, and guest-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
