Resort General Manager/Operations Manager

The person will report to the owner directly. He should be from Hospitality/Service/Hotel industry with mninimum 15 yrs of experience in the same industry.

He shall be responsible for overall target of the group company, staff hiring, taking reports on daily basis from all managers reporting to him, responsible for our head office, resorts.

He will be responsible for Sales, Maintaining rerlations with our corporate clients, daily reporting and communications with the staff, giving feedback on daily basis to the Owner, responsible to achieve given targets through his team.

Responsible for daily operations of the Resorts, Events, Travel and tours house, through his team.

He should be willing to travel to meet clients, close deals and negotiations etc with corporates.

Any other work assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹900,000.00 per year
