Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist located in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for real estate sales, contract negotiation, customer service, and managing residential real estate transactions on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate skills
• Experience in contract negotiation and customer service
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of local property market trends in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
