Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for handling residential property transactions, building relationships with clients, providing top-notch customer service, and engaging in contract negotiation and property-related research. The specialist will also support clients through the entire sales cycle, ensuring smooth and efficient real estate transactions and fostering trust and satisfaction in the process.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Residential Real Estate and Real Estate Sales
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and handling property transactions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Real Estate, Business, or related fields preferred
• Motivated self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
