Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The specialist will be responsible for managing real estate sales processes, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth and timely property transactions.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Sales, Residential Real Estate, and Real Estate skills
• Experience in Contract Negotiation
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Manage sales team and achieve sale goals on regular basis
