Job Description: As the Resident Manager at The Together Community, your primary responsibility is to oversee all staff members and coordinate daily operations to ensure high-quality support for residents. You will work closely with caregivers and team leads to maintain routines, safety, and create a supportive living environment for the residents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of community care to meet the residents" needs effectively. - Supervise vocational training programs to ensure they are meaningful and track each resident's progress in skill development. - Regularly communicate with families, handle crisis situations, and maintain compliance with organizational standards. - Model positive behavior, promote inclusion, and advocate for the independence and well-being of adults with autism in the community. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar setting. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and families. - Ability to handle crisis situations and make quick decisions. - Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and best practices in support services is preferred. Work Location: This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at The Together Community.,
