The Together Community The Resident Manager oversees all staff, coordinating the daily operations and ensuring both caregivers and team leads deliver high-quality support for residents. This role manages all aspects of community care, maintaining routines, safety, and a supportive living environment. The Lead also supervises vocational training, ensuring programs are meaningful and tracking each resident’s progress in skill development. Regular family communication, crisis management, and compliance with organizational standards are essential responsibilities. In all activities, the Lead models positive behaviour, fosters inclusion, and advocates for the independence and well-being of adults with autism in the community.
