Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Residential Ex-Serviceman Boys Hostel Warden at Cardinal Warriors School. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline and order in the hostel, overseeing daily routines and activities, ensuring the safety and security of the students, and providing mentorship and guidance. Tasks also include coordinating with school administration, managing hostel staff, and addressing any student concerns or issues promptly.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency protocols
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
• Ex-Serviceman with a background in military or disciplined services is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
