• Ensure compliance: Make sure all designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and client requirements.
• Project coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineers, draftspeople) and external consultants (e.g., MEP, landscape).
• Technical guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to junior architects and the design team.
• Quality assurance: Conduct quality checks on drawings and on-site execution to ensure alignment with the design intent.
• Client management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals, though some roles may focus more on internal technical aspects.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Experience: Several years of experience in residential architectural design (e.g., 4-10 years, depending on the role).
• Software proficiency: Strong skills in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
