Resident Sales Manager

As a Resident Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing sales in the Motors and Pumps segment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working as a Resident Sales Engineer with at least 3 years of experience - Ability to handle both B2B and B2C segments effectively - Meeting challenging sales targets regularly with proven skills - Previous experience in the Pumps and Motors industry would be highly advantageous - Leading and managing a team, with good communication skills in regional languages being preferred To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Any Degree qualification - Diploma in a relevant field would be preferred - 3 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales is required - 3 years of experience in Pumps and Motors sales is required - Experience in Valves sales is preferred - Proficiency in regional languages such as Tamil for Chennai, Hindi for Pune, and Kannada for Bengaluru is required - Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund, day shift schedule, morning shift schedule, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
