Resident Medical Officer

atient Care & Treatment:

• Providing Medical Care:Diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.
• Performing Procedures:Carrying out routine medical procedures and assisting in emergency situations.
• Monitoring Patients:Observing and recording patients' conditions, ensuring timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Responding to Emergencies:Providing immediate care and support during medical emergencies and code blue situations.
• Following Treatment Plans:Implementing and adjusting treatment plans as needed, based on patient response and progress.
• Administering Medications:Prescribing and administering medications, including injections, as required.

Documentation & Communication:

• Maintaining Medical Records:Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care.
• Communicating with Patients and Families:Providing clear and concise information about medical conditions, treatment plans, and other relevant details.
• Collaborating with Staff:Working effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff.
• Participating in Rounds:Taking part in ward rounds with senior medical staff to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Supervising and Supporting Staff:Overseeing the work of junior medical staff, nurses, and other support staff.
• Managing Resources:Ensuring adequate supplies of medications, equipment, and other necessary resources.
• Adhering to Hospital Policies:Following established hospital policies and procedures, including those related to infection control and safety.
• Continuous Learning:Staying updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
• Emergency Response:Being prepared to respond to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations.
• Other Duties:Fulfilling any other duties as assigned by senior medical staff or hospital administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
