Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) / Senior Medical Officer

Qualification: MBBS or BHMS (Registered with respective council)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in hospital settings preferred
Reporting To: Hospital Administrator / Medical Superintendent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Medical Officer (MBBS/BHMS) to manage both clinical responsibilities and administrative coordination related to insurance. The role includes patient care, empanelment handling, claims processing, and facilitation of insurance and government health scheme cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and emergency medical care to admitted patients
• Maintain treatment records and coordinate with specialist consultants
• Manage empanelment with insurance companies, TPAs, and health schemes
• Submit pre-authorizations and claims; follow up for approvals and settlements
• Facilitate insurance-related processes for patients and families
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audits and claim processing

Skills Required:

• Clinical knowledge and emergency handling skills
• Understanding of insurance/TPA processes and healthcare documentation
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with Ayushman Bharat and other government schemes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
