Resident Medical Officer

As an RMO you will be dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities include provide a 24 hour service to the site patient monitoring, emergency response, and continuous learning to stay abreast of medical advancements.

Salary - Max 8 LPA

Location - Godda, Jharkhand

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, considering patient conditions and medical guidelines.
• Respond to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with emergency teams.
• Work closely with healthcare teams, specialists, and support staff to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, recording patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Skills Required:

• Must hold Medical Degree of

  MBBS

  from an accredited institution.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience as RMO.
• Possess a valid medical license to practice as a Medical Officer in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders.
• Training and experience in handling medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
