Resident Medical Officer

Role Overview: Apollo AyurVAID Hospitals is seeking a Male RMO for the Greams road, Chennai region. As a Male RMO, you will be responsible for patient care, medical supervision, treatment coordination, administrative tasks, interdisciplinary collaboration, and research support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of Ayurveda treatments, optimizing care delivery, maintaining documentation, and adhering to hospital protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting initial patient assessments and documenting findings. - Monitoring both inpatient and outpatient cases to track progress. - Ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to treatment protocols. - Managing emergency situations and coordinating with senior consultants. - Overseeing the implementation of Ayurveda treatments and ensuring protocol compliance. - Coordinating with therapists, nurses, and consultants to optimize care delivery. - Managing patient records, discharge summaries, and ensuring up-to-date documentation. - Supervising therapists, managing their rosters, and maintaining daily treatment schedules. - Ensuring compliance with NABH or other hospital accreditation standards. - Coordinating with Ayurveda therapists, physiotherapists, and other practitioners for integrative treatment. - Collaborating with care providers outside the hospital setup for timely service delivery. - Providing guidance and training to therapists on disease conditions and therapies. - Supporting clinical research documentation and publication efforts. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 1 year of work experience preferred Note: This job is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
