Job position: Reservation Executive.

Location: Santacruz W, Mumbai.

Compensation: 20000 to 25000 Monthly CTC

Timings: General Shift

Job Type: Full Time

Job duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Book, confirm, and amend travel reservations for clients.
• Provide comprehensive travel information and solutions to customers.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Ensure all bookings and transactions are accurately recorded in the booking system.
• Coordinate with Operations Team for smooth operations handling
• Other duties as describe by reporting manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (preference will be given to degree of business administration, Commerce or Logistics, Transportation management, or related field.)
• Proven exposure in car rental industry.

Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related data management tools.

· Familiarity with Indecab software.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.

· Good communication skills to ensure high level of client satisfaction.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Basic understanding of logistics, toll, and parking processes is a plus.
