Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations in the system.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport, and other service providers for bookings.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer queries.
  • Upsell or suggest additional services when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve booking-related issues efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
