Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming experience while handling front desk responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, emails)
Coordinate with internal departments as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with courier handling and office support tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role preferred
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with professional attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time
