Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct research in organic chemistry to develop new chemical compounds with potential pharmaceutical applications.
Design, synthesize, purify, and characterize novel organic molecules using various techniques such as NMR, IR, GC-MS, HPLC etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate experimental results into larger project goals.
Develop and maintain accurate records of experiments, data analysis, and conclusions.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in the field of organic chemistry.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Chemistry from a reputed university.
0-4 years of postdoctoral experience (freshers can apply).
Strong background in organic chemistry with expertise in synthesis, purification, characterization of organic molecules.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
