Job Description

Role Overview: As a Research Scientist at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in the Media and Data Science Research Laboratory within the Digital Experience business unit. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms to address real-world problems. Your focus will be on understanding user behavior, enhancing marketing performance through content generation, and developing scalable synthetic data generation techniques. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to prototype and transition research concepts into production. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize ML algorithms for understanding user behavior and improving marketing performance. - Develop scalable synthetic data generation and evaluation techniques. - Manipulate and analyze complex data from diverse sources. - Train models, run experiments, and analyze data and model quality. - Refine research experiments iteratively and communicate insights effectively. - Integrate machine learning models into Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and transition research concepts into production. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in Large Language Models, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and other relevant areas. - Quality research work published in top conferences. - Hands-on experience deploying solutions in production environments. - Ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets. - Willingness to take research risks and solve hard problems independently. - BTech or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
