Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Scientist in the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) located in Ahmedabad. The Research Scientist will be involved in the development and validation of analytical methods, conducting stability studies, preparing technical documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous enhancement of laboratory capabilities through the implementation of new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in the development and validation of analytical methods using techniques such as HPLC, GC, and LC-MS
• Knowledge of conducting stability studies and preparing technical documents
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and software, and ability to implement new technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Master's or PhD degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field is preferred
