Research Sales Coordinator

As a Research Sales Coordinator based in Ludhiana, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing support to the sales team by assisting in various sales activities. - Handling documentation related to sales processes. - Creating technical offers to attract potential customers. - Generating leads through proactive research and inquiry generation. - Following up on leads, preparing reports, and inputting data into CRM software. - Reporting daily activities such as leads generated and follow-ups in the CRM software. - Enquiring and generating purchase forms from online/digital media, marketing vendors like India mart, and exhibitions, and distributing them in different regions. - Scheduling client meetings to discuss sales opportunities. - Compiling a consolidated report of inquiries and dealers generated from various media sources. - Conducting follow-ups with dealers regarding inquiries and gathering feedback. - Engaging in tele/cold calling activities to generate leads effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). - Working knowledge of MS Excel. - Residing in Ludhiana. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar field with a B.Com qualification.
