Research Project – Co-ordinator

Qualifications and Experience - Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead sales for all healthcare services, achieving revenue and census goals.
• Acquire new clients (corporates, HCFs, GPs) and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Submit timely proposals, execute pricing strategies, and ensure updated charges.
• Track competition, gather market insights, and develop counterstrategies.
• Implement promotional initiatives and coordinate with other departments.
• Manage, train, evaluate, and reward the sales team.
• Set sales budgets/targets and review monthly variances.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms.
• Drive automation and maintain transparency in operations.

Performance & Procedures:

• Assess team performance, provide feedback, and set development goals.
• Follow and improve operational procedures and ensure updated documentation.
• Conduct regular training on sales skills, services, pricing, and market intelligence.

Reporting:

• Prepare and update CRO, Digital Marketing, and Conversion reports.
• Identify trends and recommend strategy changes.
• Define report timelines and submission formats.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales/marketing, ideally in healthcare, with proven revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office; able to work under pressure.
