What You’ll Do

• Conduct LinkedIn and online research to identify key professionals, decision-makers, and experts across global industries.
• Engage confidently on international calls and emails with senior professionals (Managers, Directors, and VPs) in the US & UK.
• Generate, validate, and manage data with 100% accuracy to support ongoing research projects.
• Schedule appointments and briefings between senior professionals and our project managers.
• Work closely with team leaders to achieve daily and monthly outreach targets.

Career Growth Path

• First 6 Months: Hands-on training to master research, communication, and client engagement.

(Mentorship under senior Project Managers.)

• After 6 Months: Promotion to Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager upon successful completion of training.
• Within 3–4 Years: High performers can rise to Assistant Vice President (AVP) – leading international client accounts and managing project teams.

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and interview performance)
• Incentives:
• Start earning incentives after securing 5 successful interview appointments in a month.
• Incentive Range: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000+ per month (performance-based).

Work Schedule

• For US Projects: Monday to Friday
• For UK Projects: Monday to Saturday
• Shift Timing: Evening / Night (aligned with respective country working hours)
